Clarity, control and traceability for high-stakes change
Lineage Advisory helps financial institutions deliver transformation across data, controls, and regulatory reporting. We focus on the structures that make systems trustworthy at scale: clear definitions, disciplined transformations, traceable lineage, and evidence that stands up to audit. The goal is simple: fewer breaks between Front Office, Operations, Finance and Risk—and fewer late surprises at close or submission.
What we do:
Deliver data platforms and operating models that preserve meaning end-to-end
Design controls, reconciliations and observability that turn noise into signal
Build audit-ready traceability for regulatory reporting and governance
Align front-to-back flows: trade → valuation → ledger → risk/reg outputs
Run migrations and remediation with dual-runs, equivalence tests and cutover criteria
Prototype, automate and productionise solutions into your chosen stack and tooling
How we work
We start with a short diagnostic to map flows, owners, breaks and definitions. We then design the target structure—entities, grains, control points and evidence—before delivering in increments with measurable outcomes. Documentation, runbooks and ownership are part of the delivery, not an afterthought.

Writing & technical examples
He writes regularly on data lineage, financial semantics and regulatory architecture — focusing on how modern data platforms fail quietly in high-trust environments, and how meaning, ownership and control can be restored.
